Accommodating high-quality laboratory & office space across three floors, Cadence is the largest of the new Phase 2 buildings, opening doors to new occupiers this autumn. Thanks to its flexible design, the lab space available in Building A1 can be let as a whole building or floor by floor. Open plan and fully fitted options by negotiation.
