A different type of science campus
Unity Campus is different to larger science parks - more personal, more collegiate, more of a community. We’ve worked hard to create a place where people really enjoy working. From industrial heritage to urban cool, the design reflects the sites industrial past and encourages collaboration. Our buildings are highly sustainable and offer ready-to-go, fully-fitted laboratory and write up spaces for growing life science companies.
Be part of Unity Campus
Unity Campus is growing. As part of the campus’s Phase 2 expansion, a new series of purpose-built laboratory and office spaces offers flexible workspace for the leading generation of life sciences businesses.

A growing campus for innovation
Unity Campus brings together pioneering individuals in purpose-built lab-enabled workspace, designed to foster innovation of all kinds. The campus is a starting point for new collaboration — both on campus and with the wider Cambridge community.
A campus that inspires collaboration
Productivity needs more than a desk or a lab. Unity Campus provides amenities that inspire, green spaces to relax, training opportunities and community events. A community engagement team is always on-site to facilitate events and activations.

Accessible in every way
Unity Campus enjoys unrivalled connectivity by all forms of transport. It is the closest campus to the M11 – and Stansted Airport is within 25 minutes reach. Whittlesford Parkway is on the doorstep, with direct links to London and Cambridge. We encourage sustainable travel too. We’re located on a cycle route into Cambridge with plenty of onsite cycle storage and even a cycle repair shop on campus.
