£676 raised at Macmillan Coffee Morning Great Campus Bake-Off

A huge thank you to everyone who supported today’s Macmillan Coffee Morning Great Campus Bake-Off – from baking, donating, eating (and eating some more!). Thanks to the generosity of our members and guests, we raised a fantastic £676!

Special shoutout to our amazing bakers – Emily & Clare from Cuttsy+Cuttsy®, Andreea, ViaNautis, Stephanie, ViaNautis, Phil, Country Store, Bailey, Ark Construction Ltd, Donna, BaxterStorey, Luke, Countrywide Grounds Maintenance, Viki Telensa and the team at Papworth Trust.
Every bake was outstanding, and our guest judge, GBBO finalist 2015, Ian Cumming, was more than happy to taste-test them all!

Cake competition winners:
1st place: Clare – Coffee & Pain au Chocolat cake (a delicious masterpiece!)
Joint runner up: Emily (Cuttsy+Cuttsy) & Andreea (ViaNautis) – Lemon & Blueberry Cake and Brown Butter Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes.

A huge thank you to Ian Cumming for judging, supporting on the cake stall, and, of course, eating cake! And thanks to Marianne Santis-Spilling from Cambridgeshire County Council’s smart journeys for bringing the smoothie bike and engaging with our members about local transport services.
